The Eurolink Group was formed to satisfy the every increasing demand for a professional Integrated Security Company. Incorporated within the Group are a number of long standing reputable companies dating back to 1979.
The Group specializes in the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Integrated Security Systems. We operate throughout the UK and Europe and are co-ordinated via our National Service Centre based in Cheltenham and localized operating bases.
As well as Commercial and Domestic Clients we extend our expertise to include specialist systems for Government Departments, Local Authorities, National Banks, and some of the UK's leading companies. Requests for Bespoke systems necessitated an In-House capability to engineer and manufacture specialist devices. Eurolink's Risk Assessors and Security Consultants have operated throughout the world.
As a Company, all our staff are security vetted to a high level. The skill mix within our business is drawn from the Armed Services, Police and Commerce. We operate in accordance with the relevant British or European Standards. The group operates an ISO9001 Quality Assurance System. The Company is a NACOSS Gold Assured Installer for Intruder Alarms, Closed Circuit Television Systems and Access Control. We are Insurance Approved and are proud to achieved the Investors in People award. We have also been awarded the Trust Mark Endorsement which is a Government backed initiative for reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to carry out work at your premises. The Company is also NAPIT Certified in respect of Electrical Installations.
Stephen George Rudge, Chairman
Stephen Rudge spent 15 years in the police and served in the flying and murder squads. He holds the Queens commendation for Brave Conduct and Binney Memorial Medal. He entered the private security market in 1982. Stephen formed the Eurolink Security Group. As fellow of the Institute of Directors he is an acknowledged expert of electronic and physical security and has lectured to many national bodies including the conference of Head Teachers. He is the regional Chairman of NACOSS forum in the South West.
Kay Rudge, Operations Director
Kay Rudge joined Eurolink Security as a Director upon formation of the business by Stephen Rudge. Kay prior to joining the business was a full time State Registered Nurse. Kay was instrumental in instigating a Bespoke Software Programme designed specifically for Eurolink's Operation. Kay manages the day to day operation of the business and controls the implementation of the Companies ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard. Kay is the point of contact between the Police, Clients and Professional Bodies.
Mariza Hannam, Accounts Manager
Mariza Hannam joined the business having previously worked in a large Accountancy Practice. Mariza is a qualified AAT Accountancy Technician and is certified in HNC Business Studies and Finance, having studied at Gloucestershire University. Mariza is responsible for the Companies Finances and Credit Control in addition to this she provides day to day support to the Operations Director.
Steven West, Operations Manager
Steven West joined Eurolink in 1995,having seen active service in the Royal Navy as a Crew Member of a type 42 Destroyer, during his Naval service he was awarded the NATO General Service Medal for Operations relating to the Yugoslavia conflict. He was also awarded the Gulf Medal for Operations in the Arabian Sea. Steven's skills as a Weapons and Engineering Officer have proved invaluable within the business. Stevens day to day responsibility is ensuring that all installations are compliant to the relevant standards. In addition to his technical role he provides Operational support to the Operations Director and assists the Chairman with technical and training issues.
Keith Land, Installations Manager
Keith Land joined Eurolink in 1994, having been previously deployed with the Royal Signals Regiment throughout Europe. Keith is responsible for ensuring that all Eurolink's installations are carried out in accordance with our NACOSS Gold Certification and the relevant requirements of the European Standards and our ISO 9001 certification. Keith's role is site based and he acts as a liaison between the clients and the office during the course of the installations. In addition to Eurolink's training Keith is also a Qualified Electrician. His skills learnt with the Royal Signals are very relevant to the day to day communications aspect of our installations.
Dean Evans, Service Manager
Dean Evans joined Eurolink in 2008. Dean came from an engineering background and has various qualifications including City and Guilds and is a Qualified Electrician. Dean is responsible for ensuring that the system servicing is carried out in accordance with the relevant standard. Dean is also responsible for Radio Based Monitored security systems, and has developed a specialised skill with regards to wireless transmission systems.
